Pricing for manufacturing depends on three factors:

• the features of the computer board
• the configuration of the Medallion module
• the number of units purchased (volume)

Each custom design will have an associated custom price.

But to give you an idea of what pricing you can expect, here are some approximate figures for a Ethernet connected device with Audio, RS-232, and USB ports.

• at Q=100, the price is about US$400.
• at Q=250, the price is about US$350.
• at Q=1000, the price is about US$300.
• at Q=10000, the price is under US$250.

Again, this offer applies for products using technology similar to that of our Thin-Client or PDA Mini-Development-kits and assumes the use of the same enclosures (with end-panels customized to your needs).

There will be additional charges for different form-factors, as well as different power-supply requirements (such as that required for hard-disk or CD-ROM drives). Finally, there are additional options such as TrollTech's Qtopia SW and various JAVA virtual machines which require royalties. These will be included in the quotes for manufacturing.
